With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including his most recent role as a Senior Director at Freddie Mac, Erik brings extensive knowledge of both the primary and secondary mortgage markets. His background makes him a subject matter expert in originating DSCR, Non-QM, commercial, conventional, VA, FHA, and HELOC loans across California and multiple states.
